Chez Pascal, le boulanger à Stoneham, on est clairement dans une autre catégorie de boulangerie, avec une vraie ambiance typiquement québécoise… mais avec un niveau de produits qui mérite qu'on s'y arrête, même avec un regard de Français habitué au bon pain.

C'est grand, très achalandé, & il y a de tout : une belle variété de pains, des pâtisseries très appétissantes, & on sent qu'il y a du travail sur place avec un vrai savoir-faire. En bouche, globalement, ça tient la route : les goûts sont présents, bien marqués & plutôt bien construits.

Par contre, il faut accepter le fonctionnement : il y a souvent du monde, & la file d'attente fait clairement partie de l'expérience. C'est un peu le prix du succès, mais ça reste à noter.

Bref, une boulangerie très'Québec dans l'esprit', avec une offre généreuse & sérieuse. Une adresse où l'on repart facilement avec quelque chose sous le bras.

Une vraie boulangerie française authentique. Les produits sont frais, savoureux & bien exécutés, notamment les baguettes, les croissants, les chocolatines, les pains spéciaux & les pâtisseries. Les produits sont préparés avec soin, avec une belle présentation & des saveurs qui dépassent celles d'une boulangerie commerciale ordinaire. Une adresse incontournable lors d'un séjour à Stoneham.
