Honnêtement le personnel ont lair bêtes a la caisse en sortant , tu fais un appel téléphonique pour reserve & après 30 mins de la route , il nous donne une réponse froid qu'il ne reste plus ce pourquoi ont avais appeler 30 mins avant pour être sur qu'il en ai sur place … tres ordinaire de devoir s'obstiner sur le fait qu'on avais appeler & nous dire qu'il en reste plus quand clairement il en avais derriere le comptoir !

Vegetarian American family of 5 (with three teens). This bakery was one of the most memorable food experiences of our Quebec winter trip. We consider ourselves bakery connoisseurs. Pastries, bread, sandwiches, quiches, pizzas, every single item was spectacular. Standout surprises: chocolate almond bread, quiches. The sandwich took me back to my visits to Paris. Very little room to eat (there were two small tables when we were there) but we managed to make it work.

The BEST Bakery in all of Canada. We're from Ontario & we visit everytime we are in the area. It's totally worth it each time. We've tried their pizzas, focaccia, tentacion, crème brûlée. Everything is excellent. The kouign amann is to die for! A must visit. 10000/10!

Nous avons pris nos buches de Noël cette année, elles manquait de gout, peu sucrés & très ordinaire dans les textures. Nous avions pris toutes les variétés non classique. Les pains étaient bons & les viennoiseries toujours aussi succulentes.
