Je suis très déçu de mon expérience avec Pizza Salvatoré de Donnacona. J'avais réservé ma commande le matin pour me la faire livrer à 17 h 15. À 18 h 30, je n'avais toujours pas reçu ma commande, donc j'ai appelé pour savoir où elle en était. On m'a répondu que j'étais le prochain.

À 19 h, le livreur m'a appelé pour me dire qu'il ne trouvait pas mon adresse. Je lui ai donné les informations, mais il a quand même réussi à se perdre, car il faisait exactement le contraire de ce que je lui disais. Après 20 minutes au téléphone, il a finalement trouvé ma maison & m'a dit que c'était de ma faute s'il ne trouvait pas mon adresse.

J'ai donc reçu ma commande à 19 h 20 au lieu de 17 h 15. Comme vous l'aurez deviné, j'ai été obligé de mettre ma pizza au micro-ondes pour pouvoir la manger chaude.

Service super malgré le manque de staff au Salvatoré Donnacona, la jeune demoiselle derrière le comptoir fesais tous, caisse ,cuisine un samedi soir un gros bravo malgré tous, le délai de livraison est 3 fois plus long qu'à la normale du au fait qu'elle ne pouvais pas se séparer en 4 . Encore une fois bravo pour avoir garder son sourire & sa patience face au gens impatient d'avoir leur pizza!!
