Très déçue de ma commande! Je commande en ligne, elle est censée arriver vers 17h10-20. À 18h30, toujours pas arrivé. Je dois appeler afin d'avoir un suivi. Lorsque le livreur arrive, il me donne ma commande. Boîte écrasée & fromage tout collé sur le carton. Ma commande est froide & la pizza est molle... D'habitude j'ai toujours un excellent service & les délais de livraison sont respecté, alors je ne sais pas ce qu'il s'est passé, mais je suis déçue.

Normalement je ne suis pas déçu de se restaurant. Malheureusement lors de ma dernière commande en ligne ca disait qu'il y avait une heure d'attente, je décide de commander quand même au bout de près de 2h je rappel pour me faire dire que ma commande est en route pour finalement que je la cancelle au bout de 3 heures.

Très mauvaise expérience chez Salvatore. J'ai commandé une pizza, le poulet n'était pas grillé. J'ai demandé qu'on la refasse, le même problème est revenu & en plus la pizza était brûlée. La réponse du personnel était :'c'est ça ou vous prenez le remboursement'. Aucun professionnalisme ni respect du client. Je ne recommande pas.
