Apparemment, chez Pizza Salvatoré,''végétarienne'' veut dire''avec plein de viande''. Je m'en suis aperçu seulement à la maison, donc trop tard pour faire demi-tour. Expérience vraiment frustrante & vraiment évitable.

Hier soir, je suis passé avec ma blonde pour récupérer ma commande. Pendant que nous attendions, un livreur DoorDash/Uber est entré & a montré sa commande sur son cellulaire.
Après environ 10 à 15 minutes d'attente, il a demandé de nouveau au caissier, du nom de Stéphane, si sa commande était prête.
À ce moment-là, Stéphane lui a répondu de façon extrêmement désagréable, au point de l'humilier devant nous. Le livreur, qui ne maîtrisait pas bien le français, ne comprenait même pas pourquoi le ton montait contre lui.
Votre service doit vraiment être revu !!! Tous les clients, y compris les livreurs, méritent d'être traités avec respect.

2 heures d'attente pour leur scrap. J'appelle leur service à la clientèle. Même cassette,le livreur est à côté de chez vous. 40 minutes entre les 2 appels.restaurant cote d'abraham centre-ville de québec .merci salvatore de nous faire souper à minuit. On vas appelé casse-croûte pierrot,!!!!!pus en passant barré mon adresse & mon courriel avec les offres abbatiello!!!!!!!
Nb:en plus ils ont trafiqué l'heure de ma commande,cie de crosseur & prennent pas mon Gmail principal pour que j'écrive ce commentaire,car mon vrai local guide est pas mal plus intéressant que celui-là avec 2 avis. Bref je suis en tabar....

Nous avons commandé les bouchées de poulet. Voici ce qu'on a reçu vs ce qui est affiché sur votre site. On avait commandé tao & buffalo...Au final aucun goût distinct vu ce qu'on a reçu.
Je suis normalement fan de Salvatoré mais hier j'ai vraiment été décue.
