?Excellent experience! The pizza was fresh & absolutely delicious. Our server, Vincent Fortin went above & beyond. He was highly attentive to our dietary needs, ensuring the order was prepared quickly & with strict vegetarian standards, including using a clean knife.Best part is we had no issue with language. Truly one of the best pizza spots in Quebec. Thank you, Vincent Fortin for the wonderful service!

Pour vrai c'est une insulte . J'adore les vrai pizza est malheureusement ce n'est pas une vrai pizza . Manque de fromage . Ce trompe dans la commande. Je ne recommande pas la pizza de salvatoré. Plu jamais je commande chez vous . Première & dernière fois

J'ai commandé deux pizzas, mais lorsque je les ai reçues, ce n'était pas la bonne commande. J'ai tenté d'appeler le restaurant, mais le délai d'attente était très long. J'ai donc dû me déplacer sur place.
Le gérant semblait compréhensif & m'a offert de prendre quelque chose gratuitement en compensation. Jusqu'à ce moment-là, le service était apprécié.
Cependant, après avoir quitté le restaurant & m'être arrêté un peu plus loin pour vérifier la commande refaite, j'ai constaté que la pizza Double Étoilée n'avait pas de roquette. De plus, j'avais payé un supplément pour une croûte parmesan, fines herbes & mozzarella. La mozzarella y était, mais ni le parmesan ni les fines herbes.
Déception totale. Je reconnais que le gérant a tenté de corriger la situation, mais lorsqu'un client qui a commandé en livraison doit se déplacer au restaurant pour faire refaire sa commande, il serait normal que celle-ci soit impeccable.
Bref, je suis très déçu de mon expérience. C'était malheureusement ma dernière commande chez Salvatore.
