I love Salvatore but this specific restaurant is so disappointing. Brought someone with me for their first meal after saying how good it is, just to get the worst pizza I've ever ordered. It had almost zero sauce. It was so dry it's unbelievable that it could be served that way. Ive never had such bad pizza. A $50 waste.

So disappointed to see such a lack of quality control.

La pizza est délicieuse, mais petite pour le prix. Ils oublient TOUJOURS quelque chose quand on commande pour livrer. Que ce soit la sauce, les garnitures, les accompagnements, parfois même une pizza quand on en a commandé plus qu'une.

Pour la première fois je commande en livraison du Salvatore à Rivière-du-Loup . On m'a dit 45 mtes de livraison ça pris 1h20 ! J'ai pris la pizza viande à fondue chinoise & aucune sauce en accompagnement comme prévu… J'ai demandé des assiettes en spécifiant très bien que j'étais à l'hôtel & j'en ai reçu aucune . Pizza large un petit frite 50$ Très décevant pour une première fois .

Pizza correcte. Frites & cornichons frits froids (mais bon, c'était une commande pour emporter). Il manquait les deux sauces en accompagnement. Quand j'ai appelé à la succursale pour le mentionner, ils m'ont dit que le staff était nouveau & pas très efficaces & qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Belle réponse de service à la clientèle qui envoie ce message (voir image) quand tu fais une commande via l'appli. Pas très en ligne avec la mission de la direction.

Pizzas avec bcp de croûtes. La poutine Ultimate BBQ est très salée & les ailes de poulets goûtent que la sauce. Les petites oignons parsemés sur le dessus donnent un esthétique.

Excellent pizza! The crust was well cooked & fairly thin, with a delightfully crunchy thick rim. I really liked the sauce, fresh & well balanced. We opted for a simple cheese pizza & the very nice young man suggested herbs, which was a lovely touch. He (wish I got his name) gave excellent service; friendly, attentive, & professional. I've bookmarked this for the next time we pass through Rivière du Loup... Might try the Pizza Mexicain next time!
