Très déçue, habituellement à Québec j'ai pas de problème mais ici,1h30 de retard pas d'ustensiles & avais oublier la liqueur qui avait été payer .les frites étaient froides.

La pizza est excellente. Par contre, à mes dernières commandes pour apportez, l'employé à l'accueil passe de la pâte à la caisse incluant manipulation du terminal de paiement, de l'argent & monnaie, à la caisse & retourne étirer la pâte sans jamais se laver les mains !!

J'ai attendu 2 heures pour avoir ma commande pis je la reçois comme sa rien de frais & de chaud...pour moi sa rester sur le comptoir tout le long... l'huile des rondelles d'oignon qui coule partout degueulasse...payer 65$ pis avoir de quoi de frette pas frais pis qui coule partout

Pizza correcte. Frites & cornichons frits froids (mais bon, c'était une commande pour emporter). Il manquait les deux sauces en accompagnement. Quand j'ai appelé à la succursale pour le mentionner, ils m'ont dit que le staff était nouveau & pas très efficaces & qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Belle réponse de service à la clientèle qui envoie ce message (voir image) quand tu fais une commande via l'appli. Pas très en ligne avec la mission de la direction.
