Bonjours, je vous écris a propos d'un arnaque qui se passe au restaurant de rivière du loup, j'ai commander il y a deux semaines, a ma commande il me manquais la poutine le livreur me mentionne qui reviendra pas ma porter donc j'ai rappeler il m'on envoyer un code promo, aujourd'hui je voulais utiliser l'application ne le prenais pas donc j'ai re téléphoner. Le restaurant & la madame du téléphone m'on mentionné qui acceptais pas les code promo ! Alors pourquoi quand il manque des items ont me dit que je ne peut pas les avoir car il livera pas leur erreur dans la soirée & que son code marche pas j'ai payer ma poutine moi! Qu'elle option qui me reste? Plainte du consommateur pour arnaque ?

Chaque visite est pour moi un privilège !! Oui oui meme si parfois c'est un peu plus long, c'est parce qu'il y a beaucoup de monde...pquoi? Parce que c'est bon ! Pourquoi, parce que les gens qui y travail se donnent pour offrir un bon service, parce que il y a des heures de services !! Pas obligé d'être coulé dans le moule & manger à 8h00- midi & 17h00 !! Ils ferment à 3h00 du mat ! & si des fois ya des erreurs sur ma commande parce que non !! Ben non !! Ce n'est pas des machines & l'erreur est humaine !! Ben quand ça arrive ils se font un plaisir de corriger ta commande kit à la refaire au complet & donner un dédommagement !! Si c'est pas du service!!! Tk chapeau à l'équipe de Rivière-du-Loup que je connais le plus je vais faire mon tour pratiquement chaque semaine vous faites du bon boulot & de la bonne bouffe !!
