Our experience at Portofino Brasserie Italienne was really enjoyable. We expected a wait because we saw people waiting in front of the restaurant every evening we were in Québec, but we still wanted to give it a try. They wrote down our name down & in less than 20 minutes we were seated. & it was really worth the wait, the food was increadibly good & the service was also amazing. The food absolutely exceeded our expectations & was really amazing, maybe even the best food we have eaten all vacation. Only the music was louder than we would have liked, but it did not ruin our experience. We would definitly come back if we were in Québec again.
Live music, great vibes, & the best fettuccine alfredo I've ever had. & I always order fettuccine alfredo, no matter where I go. As a solo traveler, I can recommend this place. Also, get the bruschettas
Live music, delicious pasta & pizza, & a comfortable atmosphere! The server Steven was super friendly & helped us with the menu to let us know what would best suit our table! Fettucine Alfredo was the best! Go for the large size the small is super tiny! Everything was amazing!

Portofino Brasserie Italienne is a fantastic place for a nice meal & a pleasant evening out. The food was delicious, the live music created a wonderful atmosphere, & the staff were friendly & attentive throughout our visit. A spot to enjoy good Italian cuisine, good music, & very good service!
Visited this restaurant with a group of 14 & asked if they could accommodate us, even if we split up at different tables. Instead of looking annoyed, they immediately sat us all together with no issue whatsoever, despite being busy. They also easily split our bill five ways, again with no apparent issues. The staff were friendly & quick with service, & there was live music the whole time we were there. The food was excellent, as well. This is the second time our group has had this experience here, & we look forward to next year's trip as well.
La nourriture est vraiment très bonne! Nous avons pris l'entrée de pain maison & l'assiette de pâtes fraiches & canard. Excellent !

Nous n'avons pas tant apprécié l'ambiance, parce qu'il y avait peu de place entre les tables & pour se déplacer... Il y avait aussi beaucoup de gens & de bruits avec le chansonnier & les musiciens..
Malgré cela, nous avons quand même apprécié notre bon souper & nous recommandons ☺?
I was drawn in by the Italian music. Although we had no reservation, we were found a table for two. One of the hosts picked on the fact that I wasn't extremely happy with the table location. He did his best to find us another one.
& then the waiter. So intuitive & accommodating. I kept telling him that I am very hungry 😋 & he did his best to feed the beast in me & quickly.. lol
A great experience. Very good food, amazing service, great music.
We were looking for somewhere to grab dinner on our first night in Quebec & we were not disappointed with this choice! The decor inside & out was fun & colorful, the food was incredible, & there was live music which really elevated our meal. We ordered the gnocchi & the fazzoletti dishes along with cocktails & appetizers & could not stop talking about how good this meal was the rest of our trip.
