I can understand that they were understaffed since they were running a stand for the urban festival, however this can't go unnoticed.
My friend & I were served UNCOOKED CHICKEN after the lady at the counter got our order wrong (I asked for épicé, but got served the unspiced version).
When we went to report it, the only other worker had to relay the message to her & she didn't even face the counter to apologise or anything.
We didn't get refunded either, just offered another piece of chicken.

This happened on August 29th at 8:00 pm. I really hope that whoever responsible will be taking this seriously & giving appropriate retraining to the employees involved. It's illegal to serve chicken that hasn't been properly cooked, & I can only hope that we & other clients served at this time won't have to call in sick for food poisoning.

Most bad ass fried chicken in Canada! 100% gluten-free & celiac safe, fries/poutine included! Delicious & greasy!! Prepared fresh (we watched while they cooked it for us) & on-site, & probably the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Great staff. Wished I lived closer but I will definitely be back! Or maybe open a restaurant in Moncton, NB? We celiacs would kiss your feet, Mr. Wong!

Came across this little gem. The food is incredible, probably the best fried chicken I've had & didn't feel sleepy or bloated afterwards because it's fully gluten free. Lovely yellow decor, definitely a must for my next visit to Quebec.

For $17 you get a small piece of chicken, some fries & a half full sauce. Tastes good but not a good value proposition.

The food was great for what it is: fast food fried chicken & fries. Everything was fresh & crispy, & the sauces were tasty. But the coolest part, in my opinion, was the monochromatic yellow interior. It almost felt dystopian in a way.

First, the chicken. Delicious even without the sauce. The fries are perfectly seasoned & the slaw a playful sesame flavour.
However the clincher was the service. My son is very allergic to peanuts & hesitant to try any new place. However, we were greeted by the directrice of the succursales who reassured him so patiently that we ended up coming back after I took my takeout & he enjoyed dining in while basking in the warmth of the yellow. So glad we can now support a local fried chicken joint! Massive kudos to the director of the locations! What a gem she is!

Really juicy chicken, delicious secret sauce, generous portion of curds on the poutine, & great value for the kids menu. My salad-hating child also LOVED the coleslaw so that makes me want to go back again tomorrow. Very crisp, fresh, & not too much salad dressing.
