We reached there kind of late, just to try our first Quebec poutine. Before this we had only tried some local takes in michigan.
Being vegetarians, we were skeptical about our choices, but the staff there was very patient & assured us that their poutine sauce was vegetarian & suggested their French poutine.
It was so worth the walk! This taught us how good a genuine poutine could be. The sauce & all the toppings went so well together & we were delighted with our meal. Definitely would recommend to everyone visiting the area!
Food was ok. Fries were not cooked enough, no crisp. Poutine sauce was not hot enough. Plates were warmer then th food. Server clearly didn't want to be there.
It's a diner, well sort of, specializing in poutine. But, we enjoyed some craft beers, chicken wings with 2 sauces, & grilled cheese sticks, for a late afternoon snack because we had skipped lunch. The server was lovely, friendly, & very attentive. Even though it was around 3 pm on a Monday afternoon, the restaurant was bustling with people, & busy. A nice little spot on a main street, just 5 minutes away from the Old City.

One of the best & most unique poutines I've ever tried! The food was so good, we ended up coming back two days in a row.
The server was super helpful with our choices & recommended the burger poutine. I tried the 911 poutine, but it turned out to be a bit too spicy for me (oops). Thankfully, they were incredibly kind & offered to switch it to a regular poutine sauce, which I really appreciated, my stomach definitely thanks them!
On the second day, we tried the mac poutine, another burger, & a hot dog. Everything was really good overall, though the hot dog was a bit dry.
Service was also very fast, with barely any wait time for our food.
Overall, such a great experience. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!
We got a nice quiet table in the back, no line & fairly empty for 6:30 on a Saturday which was nice. There are an overwhelming number of menu options, but we got the phili cheese poutine & chicken fingers with salad. I was very happy with the chicken fingers & salad, it had cheese & lots of diced tomatoes, with onions, red pepper & regular lettuce not the cheap iceberg kind. The chicken fingers were crispy with lots of batter, just perfect to go with the salad. They came with BBQ sauce, the good dark kind, not the runny pale stuff. The poutine was okay, lots of onions but not as much meat. The diet coke was small & kind of flat. The service was great, & the food came out quick. I heard it gets much busier later at night though. I would go back for sure.
We had their breakfast poutine, & it was as good as their supper poutines... crunchy potatoes, tasty hollandaise sauce, & great for sharing. Delicious smoothies, too. Just missing a'crise cardiaque' size portion :P
Didn't know it was a chained restaurant before i eat there, but turns out to be a pretty good poutine shop. Nothing too fancy, friendly & quick services. 4⭐/5⭐ throughout the poutine i have tried
A bit salty for what i had, if you have a similar appetite as me, maybe ask them to put sauce on the side?
