Ate at Poutineville for my first time in July 2026! They had great vegan & gluten free options for the create your own poutine menu. The regular gravy is vegan & gluten free & they have vegan cheese. I added tomatoes & sautéed onions as toppings (each topping is an extra $1.75). The poutine was amazing! The junior size was plenty for one person. I felt satisfied. Also enjoyed the red sangria. Glad I got to enjoy a traditional Quebec staple food while traveling here! Merci! 🍟

My friends & I were roadtripping through Quebec & had to stop for poutine. We were able to find a wide variety of options at Poutineville & everyone was very happy with their poutines. Everything was delicious & affordable!
However, this location was lacking when it came to everything else. All of our menus were extremely sticky the the point where we had to pull the pages apart. We were given 7 menus - one for each person at the table - & EVERYONE'S menu looked like this. Additionally, service was slower than expected & we had to ask repeatedly for the group's water to be refilled - but that's minor compared to the state of the menus.
Visited Quebec all the way from Edmonton, & after a long drive, trying Poutineville was absolutely worth it! The poutine was fresh, delicious, & packed with flavor. We tried 5 different types & loved the variety of toppings & customization options.
The portions were generous, the service was friendly, & the atmosphere was great. If you're a poutine lover, this is a must-visit when you're in Quebec. Highly recommend!
Le service avec un grand groupe est long mais je trouve cela normal mais il y'a eu des erreurs sur notre commande ce qui peut arriver, on peu personnalisé son plat ce qui est un plus.
Mais mes frites sont arrivées froide pour la plus part alors que j'avais l'option avec le gratinage donc l'assiette était chaude.
Ce qui est dommage.
It's the Ville de Poutine, definitely! With so many options to choose from, you don't know what to expect, but it's sure to be a tasty one. So generous & delicious, with great service. You must go on your next stop in Québec.
We got a nice quiet table in the back, no line & fairly empty for 6:30 on a Saturday which was nice. There are an overwhelming number of menu options, but we got the phili cheese poutine & chicken fingers with salad. I was very happy with the chicken fingers & salad, it had cheese & lots of diced tomatoes, with onions, red pepper & regular lettuce not the cheap iceberg kind. The chicken fingers were crispy with lots of batter, just perfect to go with the salad. They came with BBQ sauce, the good dark kind, not the runny pale stuff. The poutine was okay, lots of onions but not as much meat. The diet coke was small & kind of flat. The service was great, & the food came out quick. I heard it gets much busier later at night though. I would go back for sure.
So many poutine options it's over whelming in a good way! We went basic & it was very good! Portions are perfect & prices were good. Service was excellent very casual.
