We found Poutineville through Google, & it definitely lived up to the reviews. Every poutine we tried was delicious, with generous portions & great flavour. We also ordered the chicken wings & drinks, & everything was really good. The service was friendly & quick, & the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The only small downside is that parking can be a bit tricky, especially during busy hours. Other than that, we had a great experience & would definitely come back. If you are looking for a good place to enjoy poutine, this is definitely worth a visit.
Ate at Poutineville for my first time in July 2026! They had great vegan & gluten free options for the create your own poutine menu. The regular gravy is vegan & gluten free & they have vegan cheese. I added tomatoes & sautéed onions as toppings (each topping is an extra $1.75). The poutine was amazing! The junior size was plenty for one person. I felt satisfied. Also enjoyed the red sangria. Glad I got to enjoy a traditional Quebec staple food while traveling here! Merci! 🍟
My friends & I were roadtripping through Quebec & had to stop for poutine. We were able to find a wide variety of options at Poutineville & everyone was very happy with their poutines. Everything was delicious & affordable!
However, this location was lacking when it came to everything else. All of our menus were extremely sticky the the point where we had to pull the pages apart. We were given 7 menus - one for each person at the table - & EVERYONE'S menu looked like this. Additionally, service was slower than expected & we had to ask repeatedly for the group's water to be refilled - but that's minor compared to the state of the menus.

Visited Quebec all the way from Edmonton, & after a long drive, trying Poutineville was absolutely worth it! The poutine was fresh, delicious, & packed with flavor. We tried 5 different types & loved the variety of toppings & customization options.
The portions were generous, the service was friendly, & the atmosphere was great. If you're a poutine lover, this is a must-visit when you're in Quebec. Highly recommend!
Not a very good experience at this poutineville. The poutine here was very heavy , the flavor was lacking & the meal itself came out at room temperature & cold as stone. I'm assuming our orders were sitting on the counter for a long time before coming out to us. The meal itself was very heavy, it made me feel crappy. That's probably why I won't visit this location again in the near future.
The food overall was expensive, 20$ for a regular poutine, I expected to get more with this meal. I had the Mexican style poutine which came with lots of toppings. It looked nice & had a generous amount of toppings. Im sure if the base poutine was delicious, the meal would have been worth it.

Service rapide & courtois. La poutine mexicaine, que je prends toujours, était très bonne. Dommage que les fameuses'patates écrasées' étaient plutôt des petits cubes de patates. Je suis habituée à des patates vraiment écrasées, ce qui fait pour moi le charme du Poutineville.

Got grilled chicken sandwich & upgraded from fries too a poutine. Little did I know, but the poutine was really small compared to my companies poutine that was not upgraded. Upgraded for $3.99 at that! Thought this was poutineville, where it shouldn't be a upcharge or I should have got a greater amount of poutine. One would think! Left a little bit hungry! The atmosphere was okay buy could have been better. It was really loud from a group of people that were sitting in the corner made for 5-6 people but was sitting 8 or more plus their kids on their laps. Service was good but I was taken back & felt a little awkward when a man dressed as a lady greeted us at the door! I don't care what people want to do with their lives or the pronouns they wish to use but when they are greeters & you aren't expecting that, you kind of make involuntary faces as my group & I may have.
