Expérience médiocre. La serveuse L (je ne la nommerai pas dans l'avis) a manqué de professionnalisme. Nous étions trois attablés & avons eu l'impression d'avoir été servis avec empressement. Lorsque ma belle-soeur a demandé à nouveau un verre d'eau, elle lui envoi un verre plein que j'avais déjà bu dedans en lui disant « tiens si tu es pressée ».

De plus, le prix pour le buffet ne représente pas du tout la qualité de la bouffe offerte. J'ai déjà vu mieux chez SamSam par le passé. La soupe Wonton ne goûte plus rien.

Ce n'est pas le changement de logo qui peut améliorer ça.

& comme le panneau le dit si bien, la pénurie de main d'oeuvre fait mal à toutes les entreprises du Québec, mais ça ne justifie pas un service médiocre de la part d'une serveuse.

Réservation bien notée. Accueil rapide. Service excellent & rapide. La nourriture était égale à la normale avec quelques nouveautés au niveau des plats proposés dans le buffet. Les enfants de 10 ans & moins ont mangé & bu gratuitement (buffet du dimanche soir).

Je comprends la pénurie de personnel, mais je pense que tous les employés sur place travaillaient très fort sans réussir à fournir à la demande , malheureusement. je pense qu'il faudrait limiter le nombre de personnes ayant accès pendant la même plage horaire, sinon le buffet reste à moitié plein pour ceux qui arrivent 30 minutes après la masse. Je me sens comme si on avait volé mon argent: c'est vraiment une mauvaise impression.
