Bonne nourriture, prix raisonnable, serveuses gentilles & souriantes. C'était pour le déjeuner. Beaucoup d'admiration pour les serveuses car les cuisines sont au 2e étage.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. La terrasse est superbe. Malgré le temps frais, nous avons choisi de manger à l'extérieur & ce fut une excellente idée. Le resto a installé des chauffes-terrasses au gaz. Le service est impeccable. Le personnel très courtois. Seul hic : nous avions réservé pour 13h & ils ne servaient que le menu déjeuner. Le menu dîner (lunch) commençait à 14h...Nous aurions préféré dîner.

Le "good morning" à la table à notre arrivée était irritant pour nous en plus l'hotesse continuait à parler en anglais tant que nous ne lui avons pas répondu. À Québec l'accueil devrait être de prime abord en français & seulement en deuxième lieu en anglais, c'est désolant.
Le petit-déjeuner très ordinaire & minimaliste.
Le personnel est charmante & gentil, mais visiblement débordé.

À notre arrivée, le commis n'a pas trouvé notre réservation. Il a fallu que je sorte ma confirmation pour qu'il nous donne une table. Nous avions consulté le menu sur le Web & il nous convenait très bien. Arrivés sur place, on nous dit que nous ne pouvons pas dîner mais seulement déjeuner. J'avoue que ça nous a déçu. Manger des oeufs deux repas de suite... Nous avons donc commandé une assiette brunch & seule notre assiette principale nous a été servie. Tous les éléments du brunch avait été oubliés dans la commande. Finalement, 1 heure plus tard, la serveuse nous a apporté les éléments du brunch & s'est sincèrement excusée. Elle nous a accordé un rabais sur la facture.
