Nous étions des habitués. Première fois depuis les rénos, nous en sommes ressortis vraiment déçus.
Malgré un nouveau décor réussi, la piètre qualité de la nourriture nous a étonnée. Soupe fade, poisson pas cuit, coupé grossière de filet de veau, gâteau commercial, café infecté. Nois avons attendu plus de 30 minutes avant de commander, & avons du interpeller 4 serveurs differents dont la plupart manquait de qualification.
Facture plus élevée qu'à l'habitude.

1ère visite depuis rénos. Ambiance extra, nourriture exxxcellllllente. ( ravioli aux ris de veau, sauce demi glace; jouissif!) seuls commentaires négatifs: j'étais en forfait souper/ spectacle ( Véronique Dicaire, le resto était plein en ce mardi, ce qui excuse un peu le commentaire qui suit) la placière n'a las jugé bon me donner la carte des vins. Je l'ai demandé au garçon qui servait l'eau aux tables...jamais eu. Il a donc fallu attendre 30 MINUTES avant qu'on vienne me voir à ma table. Par la suite tout s'est bien déroulé, mais je vous dirais que j'ai failli partir au bout de 20 minutes d'attente. 30 minutes; inacceptable.

Cuisine vraiment délicieuse.
Le tartare de saumon à la pomme & au gingembre est un pur délice.
& que dire de l'escalope de veau, une explosion de saveurs.
Une très belle expérience culinaire.
Quant au service, il a été impeccable.
Un merci tout particulier à Jérôme, sommelier, pour son judicieux choix de vin & son bel accueil.
Le jeune homme au Valet Parking, très souriant & serviable.

À refaire absolument!
