La roquette fanée dans l'entrée de fondue aux 5 fromages n'avait pas sa place dans un tel endroit pas plus que la peau sur la tomate confite. Le mélange de la sauce tomate de l'osso bucco avec la polenta crémeuse au parmesan serait un choix à réviser. Le goût de l'un & de l'autre est douteux on y perd celui de la viande. Tous les légumes étaient trop aldente.
