Souper du 23 janvier 2026, avant le spectacle de Musical Box.
Mon commentaire va se limiter au service de notre serveuse Annick. Elle a été des plus agréables pendant tout le repas avec mon invité mais à aucune reprise ne s'est préoccupée de moi ni ne m'a regardé ou adressé la parole. J'étais pourtant là!

Ça ne rend pas l'expérience agréable!

Nous sommes allés souper pour la fête d'un membre de la famille samedi dernier (31 janvier). Nous étions un groupe d'environ 24 personnes. Nous sommes arrivés vers 17 h 30 & avons été servis seulement vers 21 h. Selon la serveuse, c'était parce que nous avions trop jasé.
Le repas comportait de très bonnes portions. La soupe était excellente, tout comme le calmar frit. Par contre, le service a été tellement long que nous avons quitté avant le dessert, vers 22 h 30.
Au moment de payer, la serveuse nous a informés que le pourboire était déjà inclus dans le prix, soit 18 %, sans possibilité de le modifier ou de le changer. Cette pratique me pose problème, puisque le pourboire devrait être à la discrétion du client. Selon la serveuse, c'est leur façon de fonctionner pour les groupes : 18 %, sans discussion.
Malheureusement, c'était la première & la dernière fois que j'acceptais cette façon de faire dans un établissement. Il Teatro, plus jamais.

Nous sommes allés pour la promo une entrée, pâte ou pizza pour 20$. Soupe excellente, très savoureuse, pizza une peu trop mince mais très bonne. Très belle ambiance & serveuse hors paire.
