Après avoir fait une réservation & nous avoir annoncé un prix, on nous annonce un nouveau prix une fois arrivé sur les lieux.
Impossible de préparer le brunch avec le menu mentionné durant la réservation.
& puis, on nous demande de quitter en urgence, alors que visiblement elle nous voyant habiller notre enfant !
On a réservé, puis ils nous ont dit que l'offre ne s'appliquait pas, alors que nous avions insisté sur l'offre.
La responsable n'a même pas fourni d'effort pour résoudre le problème.
Tout leur souci était de vider les tables pour les autres personnes.
Les sauces de l'Osso Buco & du poulet des Cornouailles manquent de refinement. Trop riches, épaisses. Dommage car les viandes etaient tres bonnes. Les sorbets ont une texture bizarre / artificielle. Il y avait aussi des odeurs & de la fumée de cuissons dans l'air a la fin du diner. Experience moyenne malgré l'excellent service.
Pour affaires ou pour événement personnel, toujours un plaisir d'aller manger à ce resto. Personnel accueillant & chaleureux. Service impeccable de la part de Valérie. Merci !
Malheureusement, nous avons choisi ce restaurant pour célébrer l'anniversaire de mon épouse, mais l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Lors de la réservation, j'avais confirmé avec la direction que nous apporterions un gâteau d'anniversaire, & on m'avait informé qu'un frais supplémentaire serait appliqué, ce que j'ai accepté. Cependant, une fois sur place, le prix a été augmenté & on m'a facturé un montant beaucoup plus élevé, ce qui a laissé un très mauvais souvenir.
Je regrette sincèrement d'avoir choisi ce restaurant pour une soirée aussi spéciale.
De plus, pendant que nous mangions encore, le serveur est venu à notre table à trois reprises pour débarrasser. Ne formez-vous pas votre personnel sur le moment approprié pour débarrasser une table?
Unfortunately, we chose this restaurant to celebrate my spouse's birthday, but the experience did not go as we had expected.
At the time of the reservation, I coordinated with the management regarding bringing a birthday cake, & I was informed that there would be an additional charge, which I accepted. However, once we were at the restaurant, the price was increased, & I was charged a significantly higher amount, leaving us with a very unpleasant memory.
I am truly disappointed that I chose this restaurant for such a special evening.
Additionally, while we were still eating, the waiter came to our table three times to clear it. Don't you train your staff on the appropriate time to clear a table?
Le service était très long le soir où nous sommes allés, trente minutes avant de recevoir le hors-d'oeuvre offert & 15 minutes avant d'avoir la carte des vins. Cependant, la serveuse était gentille & la nourriture bonne.
