Tagliata : pas de couteau à steak ,
Il y avait beaucoup de gras après les languette de viande difficile à enlever avec un couteau à beurre.
Pas de patate
Pas de sauce
Pour le prix je m'attendais à plus.
& pour le prix trop cher.

Mon conjoint & moi avons commandé dans la table d'hôte, minestrone pour moi & prosciutto & melon pour lui & pour la suite le flétan. Le minestrone n'était pas à la hauteur, correct sans plus. & que dire du flétan, trop cuit, très sec & par le fait même sans goût. Malheureusement trop cher pour la qualité que nous avons eue. Par contre le service a été excellent.
