We had reservations for 830 pm & were seated outside on their lovely patio! We liked that there was no music blasting! My son had the Margrit pizza & my husband & I split the pollu au parmesana! It was very good & we had two full size chicken breasts! The only downfall was that it came w Rigatoni & we thought it would come with linguine. We asked for linguine but she may not have understood. It took a long time for it to come like 30 minutes! The chicken went cold. When they finally brought it out, she asked if we wanted it to go! Ugh no, we are staying in a hotel nearby! The food is delicious but there is room for improvement w service !

Excellent beef & tuna carpaccio. Excellent service!
But the pizza was undercooked & that was disappointing.

I can only comment on the service since I was not given the chance to eat. I was poorly treated by the lady in the entrance. I was staying at the hotel, it was heavily raining, & came with my two small children to eat since we could not go outside. I was rudely turned down without an option to explain, nor was I given any choice or empathy. Not what I would expect of a restaurant that is part of a 5 stars hotel. Really dissapointing.

My experience at Il Teatro was very disappointing.

Yesterday, after finishing a round of golf, we wanted to relax with a few drinks & some appetizers. Instead of welcoming us, two employees repeatedly tried to redirect us to the hotel bar. We felt as though they did not want us to sit in the restaurant, & the interaction made us feel so unwelcome & uncomfortable that we decided to leave without ordering anything.

This morning, the experience was no better. We waited more than an hour for breakfast, which is unacceptable, especially considering that we have been staying at Le Capitole Hotel since Tuesday.

As hotel guests, we expected a much higher level of hospitality & service. Unfortunately, our experience at Il Teatro fell far below those expectations. A restaurant should make guests feel welcome, not as though they are being asked to leave. I hope management takes this feedback seriously & works on improving both the customer service & the efficiency of the breakfast service.

Très bien c était bon les menus enfant c était un peu trop gros & il nous on placer sur une banquette haute on avait une chaise haute l enfant était assis très bas il aurait pu nous offrir de change de place
