Excellent service, ambiance très agréable. Très bonnes entrées : nous avons mangé le thon, les calmars & les polpettes.

Plat principal traditionnel, escalope de veau. Sauce bon goût & champignons délicieux, mais sauce beaucoup trop salée & veau trop cuit, malheureusement.

We have eaten here food is good enough. Service is hit & miss - sat for 20 min waiting for our wait staff to introduce themselves. Then asked host to intervene given the lack of service. He disappeared & came back saying the waiter'will be with you in a bit'. Wow. I told him that was not acceptable given our wait time & left. Lousy host did not apologize or offer to grab our drink menu. Hard to believe people like this can stay employed. The owner should investigate. The host working at the time of this post.

La cuisine était tout simplement délicieuse. Les arancini étaient parmi les meilleurs que j'ai mangés, le mozzarella en croûte avait une texture à saliver, & la burrata aux pêches était succulente. Les plats principaux étaient tout aussi réussis & savoureux. Nous avons même pris quatre desserts différents, tous excellents. Une note parfaite.
Le service a été assuré par Mme Alexanne, une vraie perle : sourire, politesse & professionnalisme au rendez-vous. Elle connaît son métier, & elle le connaît très bien. Nous avons malencontreusement cassé un verre d'alcool, & elle a pris soin de nous en apportez un autre sans hésiter. Le petit limoncello offert en cadeau a été très apprécié.
Ce restaurant n'a pas d'étoile Michelin. Mais entre une cuisine qui n'a rien à envier aux grandes tables & un service comme celui d'Alexanne, qui mériterait une étoile à elle seule, on se demande ce qui manque vraiment pour l'obtenir.

Went as a larger group, adults & children. Food was great but service can be improved. The server was not attentive to our order, forgot a salad & drink, missed taking drink order for 1 out 4 adults. When we brought up the missed items, she sloughed it off as not a big deal which was odd for a higher end restaurant.

Very disappointed - booked in advance of arrival in Quebec City - as it was my husband's birthday. Went to Clubby bar first - which was lovely & service excellent. We arrived on time for our 7.30 booking. We were served 1 drink - then waited 1 hour & 10 mins - our drinks were not replenished - our water not topped up - our food did not arrive - nor did anyone check on us or apologise for the wait. In the end we called the manager over & said we were leaving - he appologised, too late, we left- unfortunately the restaurant is not run efficiently, it wasn't even full. Doubly disappointing as it was a'birthday' meal.
