Nous avons renoué avec le plaisir de fréquenter ce restaurant fantastique. Sur la table, j'ai trouvé un osso-buco, délicieux & tendre, des pizzas que les enfants ont dévoré, & des pâtes absolument délicieuses. La carte des vins italien complémentait l'expérience & l'ambiance est exceptionnelle. Bravo le Capitole …nous y retournerons très fréquemment.

Les pâtes n'étaient pas cuites. On les a retournées en cuisine & on nous a rapporté le même plat un peu plus chaud. L'expérience qualité/prix était vraiment décevante. Pas une première expérience à ce restaurant mais malheureusement ce sera la dernière.

Pour le menu pas assez de choix pas saumon ni crème brûlé pour le dessert pas vu table d'hôte , accompagnement de la morue manque de légume & pas assez de pomme de terre , le dessert bon mais j'aurais aimé mieux la crème brûlé, un peu déçu , le vin était bon mais cher un peu vous le vendez le triple de la saq en plus d'avoir les taxes de notre facture au moins si on taxerai pas sur notre facture pour le vin. Le service du serveur était bien . Très beau restaurant
