Pas un mauvais service (attente de plusieurs minutes pour les apéros) mais l'expérience a été malaisante. Je m'explique le restaurant était vide lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y a avait plusieurs tables de libres au rez de chaussée . Nous avons eu notre table à dans un coin tranquille près de l'escalier (j'aurais pas pris cette table mais j'ai rien dit). Par la suite le couple suivant s'est vu attitrée la table juste à côté de nous quand il y avait assez de tables de disponibles pour mettre minimum une à deux tables de distance pour avoir une belle intimité entre les deux couples. Non le maître d'hôtel ou placier a mis le couple la table juste à côté de nous. Par la suite je me suis levé & j'ai demandé à être changé de table ce que le maître d'hôtel/placier a accepté je ne dirais pas à contre cœur mais … pour ce qui est du service la communication entre le barman & le maître d'hôtel n'était pas la. Je m'explique encore le maître d'hôtel nous a demandé si nous voulions des apéros ce que nous avons acceptés. Plus tard sois 5@10 minutes le barman nous demandais la même chose & ce manque de communication s'est répété lors de la prise de commande du plat principal & du dessert. Le barman a demandé à ma conjointe à 4 reprises si c'était amené à la chambre ou bien à manger en salle à manger à quoi ma conjointe a répondu dès la première fois à la chambre. Le desserts était attendu entre 20h-20h30 mais est arriver à notre porte un peu avant 22h alors que nous ne l'attendions depuis longtemps. L'assiette de fromage & panettone était incomplète car le panettone manquait. C'était le résumé de ma soirée du 1er février.

Pour ce qui est du déjeuner je n'ai absolument rien à dire à propos du service il était parfait & même excellent.

Je recommanderai tout de même & je reviendrai à l'hôtel car le nom est déjà fait & c'est un très bel hôtel.

Super service, très propre, super vue #703. Repas délicieux. Merci pour l'attention pour l'anniversaire 65 ans. Chambre surclassée.

We ordered a Margarita pizza & it was $29! It looked like a children's pizza from East side Mario's. I will not return, very low value to dollar! Caesar salad was subpar.
