Restaurant personnel are very friendly & attentive to your needs. Ours plates were brought to us by the chef himself, what a personalized service, bravo! Looking forward to come back.

Nourriture & atmosphère vraiment agréable. Nous y étions hier le 7h juillet 2023 pour le souper. & que dire du service impecable de notre serveuse Rachel. 👌 Elle est "sur la coche" comme on dit. Ce n était pas la première fois que nous y allions & , c est évident qu on va y retourner. Bravo! Kathleen & Hervé ! 😚

Bravo! en Matteo, vous avez sans doute embauché un des Meilleur Maitre d'Hôtel a Québec. Il amène cette european touch. Philippe qui nous a servi est un grand professionnel. Il le fait toujours de façon rapide & courtoise en plus de nous conseiller judicieusement. Souvent, nous allons au IL pour avoir le privilège d'être servis par Philippe..La seule raison pour laquelle nous n'avons pas fourni un score de 5 au service est l'absence de nappes

J'ai réservé pour la St Valentin plus d'une semaine à l'avance, on m'a offert 20:30h un peu tard à notre goût. Arrivé à l'heure, voiturier, vestiaire & assignation de la table. Première impression pas d'atmosphère dans la salle au r-c. La serveuse apporte le seul menu disponible celui de la St Valentin. On ne m'a jamais informé de cette limitation lors de la réservation. Il est 20:45h on est déçu & trop tard pour aller dans un autre resto, on est piégés. Lorsque je choisi de dépenser dans un resto je n'apprécie pas qu'on m'impose ce que je DOIS manger. L'entrée était microscopique, le magret de canard tiède, la corbeille de pain très ordinaire & le beurre mou emballé dans le plastic ! 1 ver de vin & 1 pinte de bière en fût le tout pour 264.00$ taxes pourboire inclus. Grande déception

Depuis la pandémie, je trouve que la qualité de la nourriture n'est plus du tout ce qu'elle était. Jeudi dernier à la table d'hôte : un tartare fait à l'avance, un jarret d'agneau tiède (que j'ai dû retourner en cuisine pour l'avoir chaud) - pas de pain ni de beurre amenés à la table - bref ce qui était avant un restaurant 5 étoiles a de la difficulté à atteindre 3 étoiles maintenant ! La personne avec qui j'étais - un client plus que fidèle du Il Teatro m'a confié que pour lui c'était terminé - il n'irait plus manger au Il Teatro - payer & avoir un repas "WOW" pas de problème mais payer plus cher qu'avant pour un repas juste passable - non merci !

Le restaurant propose une cuisine tout à fait honnête...Malheureusement, l'un des plats principaux servis à notre table était froid...Il y a également eu quelques lacunes dans le service....
