Le "good morning" à la table à notre arrivée était irritant pour nous en plus l'hotesse continuait à parler en anglais tant que nous ne lui avons pas répondu. À Québec l'accueil devrait être de prime abord en français & seulement en deuxième lieu en anglais, c'est désolant.
Le petit-déjeuner très ordinaire & minimaliste.
Le personnel est charmante & gentil, mais visiblement débordé.

Très bon service & repas délicieux . Nous étions accompagnés de nos deux enfants & on nous a offert du papier & des crayons pour les faire patienter un peu. Le service a été super rapide. Les cocktails sont excellents !
