Rôtisserie St-Hubert is frequently recognized for its welcoming atmosphere, reliable menu options, and consistent food quality that makes it a popular destination for families and travelers alike. Many patrons highlight the efficient and friendly service, often noting the professionalism and attentive care provided by staff members who contribute to a pleasant dining experience. While individual experiences can vary regarding wait times or specific dish preparation, the restaurant remains a well-regarded staple for those seeking comfortable meals in a convenient location, particularly during busy festival periods or while exploring the city.
Excellent service. Food was quite good & inexpensive for Quebec standard. Try the chicken noodle soup. Nice clean restaurant. Would love to come back again.
Florence was by coincidence again my server ((I returned a week later). . Great job. & I had the ribs/ chicken leg combo. Awesome. Chicken skin is amazing. Love St Hubert.
We had the ribs & roasted chicken & Angus steak, & all were so tasty, tender, flavorful, & cooked just right.
The place has a really friendly, relaxed vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away.
Our server, Dominic, was amazing-super professional, kind, & always checked in at the right time.
Highly recommend!
While strolling in Grand Alle, we decided to have lunch here. The setup looked like fine dining, but little did I know it was a chain restaurant. St. Hubert is a huge part of Quebec's contemporary lifestyle. It all started with one restaurant on St. Hubert Street in Montreal back in 1951, & now there are 117 locations. Chain restaurant dining reflects Quebec culture very well. The portions are larger, the restaurants are nicely decorated, & the service is friendly. Many locations have a separate bar & lounge. from nowhere, it looks like a food chain restaurant. Coming to food, we ordered 1/2 Piri Chicken with rice & coleslaw. - Canada is like the hub of rotisserie chicken & the first time, I saw it came in piri piri flavor, nice!! It comes with rice & 2 types of sauces. The chicken was well cooked & sauteed in the sauce. The food was good. it comes with unlimited coleslaw (creamy & original) Ambiance: super clean, well maintained, & good service. They need to open in the USA too.
This restaurant is part of the Hotel Chateau Laurier with an indoor or street entrance. Grateful that we could order in English & received an English menu. Food was hot, generous & arrived in an appropriate amount of time. Being a vegan, I was worried about going to a chicken/rib place but I was pleasantly surprised that there were vegan options. Had the crusty veggie burger which was delicious.
First time visiting St. Hubert. Service was wonderful. Food was good. Ribs were tasty especially the whiskey rub but my 1/2 chicken a little dry. My daughter enjoyed the Bangkok Salad. Nice location.
