Service médiocre , manque de transparence par rapport à la facture (pourtant je l'ai demandée deux fois ) , je les questionne sur le montant facturé car j'ai trouvé que c'était plus cher que ce que j'avais en tête . Ils m'ignorent complètement. Je refais mon calcul & je reviens les voir . Manque de respect total des employés . J'avais l'impression de leur faire perdre leur temps pourtant c'est leur erreur ils ont facturé plus que ce qui était affiché . Faites attention à votre facture quand vous y allez exigez là.

Se faire facturer un montant supérieur à ce que j'ai commandé. Demander une facture à deux reprises sans l'avoir. Challenger le prix payé est se faire dire'tout ça un petit 5$'?

La salade d'orzo perd en qualité. C'est de plus en plus une salade de pâtes alors qu'avant, elle était riche en noisettes & canneberge. Même chose pour le sandwich au canard ou on cherche le canard. Le service est régulièrement à la limite de la politesse & bascule facilement en condescendance. Il y avait une française très arrogante.
Dommage tout cela.
