J'avais l'habitude de venir une fois par semaine depuis plus d'un an. Les sandwichs & les soupes sont bonnes.Mais cette semaine était la dernière fois.
Mais j'en ai assez du service, j'ai l'impression de déranger à chaque fois, il suffit de mal articuler le nom d'un plat pour être recadré sans ménagement. Autre exemple je demande la composition des pâtisseries sous cloche, réponse : vous n'avez qu'à regarder les étiquettes. Le tout avec au moment de payer une proposition de tip alors qu'il n'y a pas de service.

Commande à travers Doordash incomplète. Il manquait les accompagnements des burgers (frites, salade, poutine). Soirée familiale gâchée au niveau repas.... Doordash & Fastoche se renvoient la balle en plus, donc perte de temps ...

Un service de traiteur extraordinaire! N'hésitez pas : vous ne trouverez pas mieux ailleurs. Leur service est excellent : Fastoche est disponible & flexible. Marie-Claude (quelle employée merveilleuse) a répondu à toutes mes demandes, même celles qui sont arrivées très tard (milles excuses). L'équipe de livraison est arrivée à l'heure & toujours avec le sourire! Comme c'est agréable. La nourriture est excellente, variée & l'option "boîte à lunch sans déchets" apporte une plus-value à nos événements. Je recommande à tous!!!
