Normalement, super service & bonne qualité de nourriture.
Malheureusement ce soir, nous avons réservé un groupe de 12 personnes.
A notre arrivée, il manquait 2 places assises mais on comprend car le restaurant est plein.
Nous avons commander environ 20 minutes après notre arrivée & nous avons attendu pres de 1h pour recevoir nos plats.

Nous avons contacté dans plusieurs assiettes que les frites étaient réchauffé (tiède & dur).
Sur 12 commandes il y a eu 2 erreurs dans nos assiettes. (Oubli de extra poutine & mauvais burger)
Après 1h10 d'attente, nous n'avons rien dit.
Nous avons reçu un shooter en guise d'excuse (bon point)

Je vais quand même revenir car ce n'est pas le service habituel

Il y a toujours une belle ambiance festive au Shaker & le service est excellent! Beaucoup de choix sur le menu dont plusieurs cocktail signatures.🍹
J'ai adoré le nouveau tartare steakhouse.

Update March 2025:
We returned for another good meal & this time I took photos.

I found the chicken sandwich to be better the first time I had it last year but my other half had the ground beef poutine & she said it was absolutely delicious. The waiter was helpful & patient & took my food allergies into account. Plenty of other options on the menu to try next time...

We liked this restaurant so much the first time we decided to go back again the next day!

I had the steak tartare which to be honest wasn't what i was expecting but it was soooo good. The next day i tried to the Crispy Chicken sandwich & it was thick & juicy!

I had a Dracula drink (they are a mixology restaurant) & I should have gotten the bigger one because it was absolutely delicious!!!

The staff were really accomodating & friendly the first night & made our meal & enjoyable experience but not so much the next day. Different server & she didn't seem to want to be there.

Overall we would not hesitate to return.

Our only issue was the $4 for a can of soda & for 2 of us to eat without alcohol was still $70. Chicken sandwich & a half rack of ribs...
