Excellent service sur la terrasse & le tartare de saumon tobiko etait très bon, très frais. J'ai mangé un tartare de saumon dans un autre restaurant le lendemain qui etait très « mouilleux » & qui goûtait l'eau pour un prix similaire, rien a voir avec l'excellent tartare du Shaker Cap Rouge !
