In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! We got a classic poutine & a burger with salad, they tasted good & weren't so heavy but filling. We also got their drink special of the day which was delicious & good spike to it.

Un bon petit samedi soir d'hiver à manger dans un bon restaurant en plein coeur du vieux-quebec.

Venu avec des amis, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance tamisé de ce restaurant qui propose un très LARGE choix de cocktails qui fût aussi goûteux les uns que les autres.

Le repas a mis pas mal de temps à arriver mais le résultat était quand même assez bon mais un peu sec pour mon burger.

Les frites elles étaient excellente.

Il manquait je trouve un peu de sourire sur le visage de la serveuse ce qui est dommage notamment quand on apporte es factures alors qu'on est en train de manger ce sont pas des choses qui doivent se faire.

Je recommande tout de même cette place pour allez goûter des cocktails très original :)

Another great spot in Québec! The server is very friendly, & the food & drink here is amazing! & what I really like, as you can see from here: the Cheeezy burger, which is right to point, & with truffle fries & truffle mayonnaise, which is tasty. & the drink here (7th Heaven), well really worth tasting: refreshing. & of course, it's very spacious here.

We had a great experience at Shaker in Quebec City! The atmosphere was lively, the staff were very friendly, & the drinks were spot on. The food was delicious & well-prepared, especially the burgers which were worth the wait.

The only small downside was a bit of a delay in the kitchen - our burgers took about 35-40 minutes to arrive. However, once they came, the taste & quality really made up for the wait.

Overall, everything else was excellent, & we would definitely come back again.

L'attente pour avoir les repas était un peu longue mais ça valait la peine, la nourriture était excellente, l'accueil aussi. Je vous recommande le Burger Fency,fromage Suisse, oignons confits, un excellent choix
