In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Come to this restaurant, which will remind you of the vestiges and history of Old Québec, hiding surprises, unique private spaces and much more! It's up to you to discover them...

Service exceptionnel de la part de Mathias. Qualité/prix excellent car en plus le jeudi, la bavette & le filet mignon sont à rabais. Belle ambiance, beau décor, je recommande vraiment !

Poutine avec de l'oignon vert ?
Bon ok mais pas moyen d'avoir un bête morceau de pain franchement
Partout où je passe pas de soucis mise a part ici

Quand au serveur gentil mais un peu mêlé il voulait prendre deux fois notre commande....

Bref le prix est élevé pour la qualité
Quand a l'ambiance favoriser les clients réguliers au détriment des nouveaux clients pas la meilleure idée en ville

Tout a été parfait. Le service, la nourriture. Tout. Nous étions 9 personnes & tout le monde a adoré. Meilleur rapport qualité-prix de loin.

Un super endroit ! Manger du homard, des crevettes ou encore du saumon revisité en plusieurs mets, que ce soit en poutine, en guédille, ou encore en pavé à des prix qui sont d'autant plus raisonnables résulte en une composition parfaite.

Les boissons sont d'autant plus réalisées sur place par une équipe compétente & très agréable, je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Samedi soir, 5h30-6h, le resto est rempli, mais malgré l'achalandage, le service était HYPER rapide. Autant pour la commande, la nourriture & la facture à la fin. La nourriture est très bonne pour le prix & l'équipe est efficace. J'apprécie aussi que ce soit 18 ans & +, car c'est rare de retrouver un restaurant sans l'ambiance familiale avec des enfants, & ce sans que ce soit un restaurant très chère. Bref, nous allons revenir!
