I made a reservation ( which I recommend) for a Thursday where there is a special offer on top graded Beef. Quickly seated by the host she informed us about our waiters name whom appeared shortly after to take out orders.
I stared with an excellent French Onion soup, a rich broth with white wine & beer, topped with croutons & smothered in cheese before the cheese gets broiled atop. After my own, one of the best onion soup since Paris.
For the main course we had the Filet Mignon, ordered medium rare & it came out seated propped & absolutely perfect as ordered. Accompanied with a side of what I believe was red wine jus that was to die for & some perfect cooked shoe string French fries.
I thought of having some dessert but the meal had been too filling to even try.
During my one week stay I had been twice, first time for the just as perfect Burger meal & both times had a excellent experience.
I can highly recommend SHAKERS & Mixtology in Quebec City to anyone wanting an Superior dinner experience.

We ate on a Monday night when there was a promotion for burgers. $15.00 for burgers & fries. The peppered fries dipped in peppered mayo were amazing! We ordered the chicken burger & ultimate cheese. Both were very tasty. Highly recommend this place for burgers if you're touring old Quebec.

We popped in here for a drink & snack on a Monday afternoon & were not disappointed. The manager was behind the bar & so incredibly friendly & welcoming. Truly made us feel like he was happy we were there. We ordered wine, beer, & a pina colada- all spectacular. The special on Mondays is $15 tartare entree or burger entree. We shared the maple goat cheese salmon tartare- so delicious! The only picture we remembered to take was of the pina colada but trust me- everything was wonderful. Highly recommend, 10/10! Would definitely go back.

The tourism bureau folks thought we might enjoy this as we were looking for a good burger & a martini. How right they were. We were early, 5:15 - we're old- but we had missed lunch & had been walking all day. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Food was great, although I might have wanted the burger a bit rarer, but very tasty. Fries to die for. & the dirty martini was perfect. &, they helped me find a grocery store on the way home. Above & beyond messieurs . Merci.

Plenty of cocktails to choose from here & a great menu. Wait staff were friendly & fast. I had the 2 salmon tartare & my partner had the burger. Really good. We went on a Tuesday so ther is a 15$ special which is hard to find for dinner in QC.

Drinks were amazing & fast Food was so fast to be served was almost unbelievable & da** that was good I had the boss burger omg I want one right now server was polite & was sending out great vibes & energy for sure one of the best places I have been in a long time will be going back

Better know for it's amazing variety of drinks, this restaurant actually has good food. The burgers at least, were well prepared & the fries, while not particularly hot, were tasty Server was an adorable 20 year old, who was attentive & spoke good English. Not a place to go to too often, but worth a stop now & again

Large booth, attentive staff, live entertainment. The salmon tartare served with salad & croutons was perfectly seasoned & delicious. The drinks menu is vast & very creative. The apricot sour was refreshing. The classic burger & fries & beef tartare are superstars on the menu. In & out in time for a show in a nearby theatre. Would definitely return.

A very impressive restaurant, serving absolutely delicious food & very unique cocktails. I had a burger with one of their signature mason-jar cocktails & they both exceeded my expectations. The burger comes with a side of fries & an incredible mayo sauce, made in-house. The portions are also very fitting with the prices (for food & drinks alike). The only downside was the length of time (~40 minutes) for my food to arrive. Other than that, an incredible experience!
