In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Really tasty & fun cocktails in a neat environment. There's music videos playing on a giant screen right by the bar, which is nice when the song is something you enjoy!

Une note de 10 serais même pas assez élevée pour decire le tous de cette endroit!! Le manger etais délicieux, les cocktails pluiseurs choix aussi autant bon les un que les autres.. parlons maintenant de l'ambiance & du staff, j'en revien pas comment les gens sont serviable, super de services & surtout si tu as envie de fêter ton anniversaire ses la place tu ne regretteras pas.. Nous avons adorer notre soirée & se n'est que partie remise!!!!

Beaucoup d'erreur lorsque nous avons commander cocktails & nourriture. Déçus du service ... Beaucoup d'oublie de nos cocktails.... mais la nourriture est toujours excellente 👌🏼

Mon amie & moi avons aimé notre repas de ce vendredi soir, l'ambiance, la musique est excellente & notre cocktail les meilleures cocktails 🍹un bon repas au shaker on se trompe pas ☺️

Bel accueil, bon cocktail, bonne nourriture, belle introduction du serveur mais en cours de repas oups... on l'a perdu, pas de suivi.. Une chance que je ne voulais pas un dessert & un café !

Plutôt décevant comme première expérience. Le choix de bière est famélique, la seule sorte passable n'était pas disponibles. Les cocktails semblaient mieux, mais à ce prix, j'ai bu de l'eau. Les frites étaient molles & tièdes, le tartare trop salé. Sans compter les prix & le manque de sans gluten... Mon amie se sentait gènée en me disant qu'à la pyramide c'était pas mal mieux . Je ne sais pas, mais je risque de ne pas essayer la pyramide non plus. Entk, rien pour me donner envie d'y retourner.

Blue Eye Reviewer! In old city Quebec, does not get any better! Great food menu & drink menu, staff knows how to make a great cocktail. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, clean! Shout out to India, she can make a great classic espresso martini! Cheers!
