In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! A great team of servers & bartenders that make the experience enjoyable & memorable. Drinks were very good & the vibe of this place is unique & very pleasant. My only complaint was that the poutine was a bit too salty. It was my girlfriend's first time trying poutine & I was hoping she would be impressed by something uniquely Canadian but it fell short. But the main course was very good. Salmon tartare & a lobster roll.

Overall the staff at Shakers need to be commended for their friendliness, professionalism & energy. They made us feel welcome, offered good recommendations & really make this place a wonderful experience. I watched as customers all left with big laughs & big smiles. That's how every dining experience should feel like! Bravo!!

Another great spot in Québec! The server is very friendly, & the food & drink here is amazing! & what I really like, as you can see from here: the Cheeezy burger, which is right to point, & with truffle fries & truffle mayonnaise, which is tasty. & the drink here (7th Heaven), well really worth tasting: refreshing. & of course, it's very spacious here.

We had a great experience at Shaker in Quebec City! The atmosphere was lively, the staff were very friendly, & the drinks were spot on. The food was delicious & well-prepared, especially the burgers which were worth the wait.

The only small downside was a bit of a delay in the kitchen - our burgers took about 35-40 minutes to arrive. However, once they came, the taste & quality really made up for the wait.

Overall, everything else was excellent, & we would definitely come back again.

Very nice place to have a decent meal. They have a special event on Saturdays where you can share a menu for 2 with one appetizer, two meals & one dessert. Their tartare options are really good & with different sizes. They also have two full pages of their menu with special drinks which are all pretty good. However, they tend to burn the brownie. But our server Emeric was very nice about it.

Enjoyed our time! Had dinner & a couple of their mixologie drinks! Very delicious, highly recommend anyone visiting QC to stop in, make sure you make a reservation if going for dinner as the line up to wait is quite long (as it should be)!
