In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Alex the bartender is AMAZING! Super friendly & mixes a fantastic drink! Great recommendations!! I would definitely come back every week to see him if I lived here! I highly recommend you sit at the bar! We are only here for 4 days & I'll see him again before we leave!

They kept rising the music volume when there was nobody on the dance floor & their only customers were still sitting & talking, ears started buzzing. Waiter never came by, all our water glasses were empty mid way through our meal. Once they cleared our table they never came back for drinks, dessert & ended up waiting over 20 minutes with us having to stop her to get the check. We got out & our ears were buzzing.

Réservation à 17h, pas de serveur à notre section... Nous avons été servi par trois personnes différentes. S'il y avait eu cohésion entre les serveurs nous aurions eu une belle soirée. Le service a été lent & inexistant, il fallait demander pour être servi pour avoir un drink, pour commander. Il s'en est fallu de peu qu'on quitte avant d'avoir eu notre repas. Nous sommes arrivés tôt au resto, bien avant les groupes. Le temps entre les drinks, la prise de commande, l'entrée & le service du repas a été vraiment long. Même les gens aux tables près de nous se questionnaient sur le service. Nous avons même aviser une dame sur le manque de service sur place. Je ne sais pas son titre au resto mais elle a tenté de faire accélérer les choses. Mauvais service, mauvais soir... Ça ne donne pas le goût de répéter l'expérience.

Pas de tonique dans un bar, c'est assez particulier aussi.
