In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Les banquettes sont un peu trop profondes (mal de dos après) & la musique un peu forte, mais sinon, super service & nourriture délicieuse !

Pour une première visite nous avons été très déçu & ceci n est pas la faute de la serveuse.
Après avoir passé notre commande de boissons ( spécial de la place ) nous avons attendu plus de 40 minutes pour l'avoir.
La serveuse est venue nous voir entre temps pour s excuser & prendre la commande pour notre repas.
Le repas à été extrêmement rapide environs 8-10 min gros max!
Toujours pas reçu notre première consommation après notre début de repas.
L'eau était bonne loll
Ambiance très festive, musique dance très forte avec dj & vidéos sur grande écran
Je ne retournerais pas pour la raison d avoir du attendre 45 min pour une première consommation

Tout était bien à part le fait que j'aurais aimé entendre de la musique francophone du Québec. J'aime bien connaître la culture des endroits que je visite.
De la musique américaine très forte en soupant, c'est pas terrible comme ambiance.

Musique très forte très tôt. Je pense que le son pourrait être plus fort à partir de 20h30 ou 21h. À 18h30, on veut jaser un peu... nourriture très bonne.

Déco de qualité, musiques sympas, burgers bons, cocktails très bons

Points négatifs : besoin d'attendre 15 min alors que l'on avait une réservation car les process du personnel ne sont pas au point, steaks du burger secs, attendu 30 min pour avoir la note
