In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Tout était parfait sauf que l'entrée de pogo au homard a été modifiée il y a maintenant deux pogos au lieu de trois & ils ont rapetissé quand même pas mal, même si vous avez retiré 2$ du prix j'ai été déçue, je comprends le contexte du prix des aliments & vous êtes là pour faire des profits mais j'ai trouvé que la différence était vraiment grande. Vous devez savoir que je commande cette entrée comme plat principal avec la salade César depuis longtemps 😟. Comme d'habitude le service était excellent 😉

Plutôt décevant comme première expérience. Le choix de bière est famélique, la seule sorte passable n'était pas disponibles. Les cocktails semblaient mieux, mais à ce prix, j'ai bu de l'eau. Les frites étaient molles & tièdes, le tartare trop salé. Sans compter les prix & le manque de sans gluten... Mon amie se sentait gènée en me disant qu'à la pyramide c'était pas mal mieux . Je ne sais pas, mais je risque de ne pas essayer la pyramide non plus. Entk, rien pour me donner envie d'y retourner.

Un rapport qualité prix imbattable si vous profitez du passe-partout bonne chère ! $69 pour 2 tartares, pôke Bowl ou burgers , plus une bouteille de vin & un dessert à partager ! Essayez de battre cette promotion !
