In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Beau restaurant, la nourriture est très bonne également.
Par contre, le service n'est malheureusement pas assez rapide.
Lors de notre arrivée. L'accueille a été très longue & service des boissons, également. Je crois qu'il aurait une amélioration à apportez pour la rapidité & peut être que les serveurs pourraient améliorer l'expérience de la visite. Il est dommage pour un aussi beau restaurant, de ne pas faire vivre une expérience incroyable aux clients. Malgré ça, l'ambiance est super & la nourriture également.

Pour une première visite nous avons été très déçu & ceci n est pas la faute de la serveuse.
Après avoir passé notre commande de boissons ( spécial de la place ) nous avons attendu plus de 40 minutes pour l'avoir.
La serveuse est venue nous voir entre temps pour s excuser & prendre la commande pour notre repas.
Le repas à été extrêmement rapide environs 8-10 min gros max!
Toujours pas reçu notre première consommation après notre début de repas.
L'eau était bonne loll
Ambiance très festive, musique dance très forte avec dj & vidéos sur grande écran
Je ne retournerais pas pour la raison d avoir du attendre 45 min pour une première consommation

Nous étions pressés, nous avons eu un service rapide & courtois. Les tartares étaient frais & délicieux. Excellent choix d'alcool. Nous reviendrons.

C'était notre 1ère visite au Shaker & nous avons été agréablement surpris & très satisfaits! Belle ambiance, bonne bouffe & service rapide. Nous y retournerons assurément!
