In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Un super endroit ! Manger du homard, des crevettes ou encore du saumon revisité en plusieurs mets, que ce soit en poutine, en guédille, ou encore en pavé à des prix qui sont d'autant plus raisonnables résulte en une composition parfaite.

Les boissons sont d'autant plus réalisées sur place par une équipe compétente & très agréable, je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Nous avons eu une belle expérience. La nourriture etait bien malgré que la bavette n'était pas assez cuite. Malgré le fait que le plat etait commencé à être mangé ils ont servie une nouvelle bavette sans supplément. On peu constater que la satisfaction du client est très importante. Je le recommande

The first waiter was very pushy & wouldn't let us order the meals we had before. Kept suggesting alternatives to what we wanted. We were there 2 days prior. We had General Tao & Flank Steak from the Classic menu. Great food which is why we came back to have them again.
The flank steak is so tender with flavourful gravy. The Fries are comparable to McDonald's. They need to improve on the fries.
Our waiter seemed to get frustrated that we wouldn't try his suggestions & disappeared.
Minutes later a second waiter came over & all went well. 5 stars to the second waiter. Would highly recommended this restaurant.

Enjoyed our time! Had dinner & a couple of their mixologie drinks! Very delicious, highly recommend anyone visiting QC to stop in, make sure you make a reservation if going for dinner as the line up to wait is quite long (as it should be)!

Best meal that we have had since being in Canada. Charles is an incredible server who was extremely helpful. I highly recommend him.
The tremette spinach dip is incredible!
