In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Come to this restaurant, which will remind you of the vestiges and history of Old Québec, hiding surprises, unique private spaces and much more! It's up to you to discover them...

Mon premier 5 étoiles irait pour le serveur qui nous a donné un service impeccable, très attentionné, très enjoué, on peut voir qu'il aime son travail. Les fish N chips de mon conjoint étaient excellent, & mon tartare chimichuri l'était aussi.. Nous y retournerons! Merci on serveur pour les bons conseils.

I spent Valentine's Day here with my sister, who was in town visiting me. We had an amazing time with the bartenders. We ordered the regular beef tartare, the chimichurrie beef tartare, & the (6) wings for starters with the Valentine's Day special cocktail. Our mains included the Atlantic salmon & the lobster & shrimp poutine with a signature cosmopolitan & another cocktail drink. We also indulged the bartenders by having 4 shots of tequila with them. The music, good, atmosphere & company were great! We had a fanstatic evening & Galentine's Day together.

Super de beau moment avec notre serveur Emerick, il est vraiment très gentil & nous a donné un super bon service. La nourriture était vraiment bonne, j'ai essayé le nouveau tartare de saumon, fromage de chèvre, pacane & érable. Il est bon mais je m'attendais à avoir des morceaux de pacane dans le tartare. Il y avait seulement un gros morceau sur le dessus & ça ne goûtais pas la pacane malgré que le goût était bon. Je ne suis pas une amatrice de fromage de chèvre & j'ai été agréablement surprise. C'est un des tartares que je n'hésiterai pas à reprendre.

We popped in here for a drink & snack on a Monday afternoon & were not disappointed. The manager was behind the bar & so incredibly friendly & welcoming. Truly made us feel like he was happy we were there. We ordered wine, beer, & a pina colada- all spectacular. The special on Mondays is $15 tartare entree or burger entree. We shared the maple goat cheese salmon tartare- so delicious! The only picture we remembered to take was of the pina colada but trust me- everything was wonderful. Highly recommend, 10/10! Would definitely go back.

Plenty of cocktails to choose from here & a great menu. Wait staff were friendly & fast. I had the 2 salmon tartare & my partner had the burger. Really good. We went on a Tuesday so ther is a 15$ special which is hard to find for dinner in QC.

Mon Copin & moi on a été conquis. Mon plat de tartare parfait 10/10, poutine au homard 10/10 & le serveur parfait 1000/10 ambiance magnifique. On hésitera pas à revenir 🙏🏾 Excellent travail
