In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Bouffe malade mais le staff !!! Wow !!! Mathieu, Charlo & le reste malade, qu'elle épuipe, nous revenons à chaque 2 mois pour eux !!! L'ambiance & l'expérience sans eux ne serai pas là même !!! Shaker vieux québec aucun shaker comparable !!!! 😍

Another great spot in Québec! The server is very friendly, & the food & drink here is amazing! & what I really like, as you can see from here: the Cheeezy burger, which is right to point, & with truffle fries & truffle mayonnaise, which is tasty. & the drink here (7th Heaven), well really worth tasting: refreshing. & of course, it's very spacious here.

Super décor ambiance cosy le midi. Certains plats sont en promo le midi en semaine. Le tartare de saumon topiko est excellent servi avec salade frites & pain grillé. La bavette était parfaitement cuite, bien assaisonnée & tendre. Les serveuses sont disponibles & à l'écoute

Nous avons eu une belle expérience. La nourriture etait bien malgré que la bavette n'était pas assez cuite. Malgré le fait que le plat etait commencé à être mangé ils ont servie une nouvelle bavette sans supplément. On peu constater que la satisfaction du client est très importante. Je le recommande
