In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Burger excellent, frites inoubliables & service aux petits soins. Une adresse qui nous avait été conseillée par l'hôtel Clarendon & que je recommande à mon tour !

Food was ok. Service was below par. Had a very unstable table & both waiters didn't care. When I told them about the table, he just asked if I want some paper towel.

Kids can sit inside restaurant as its considered a bar. So had to sit outside, luckily weather was nice.

Enjoyed our time! Had dinner & a couple of their mixologie drinks! Very delicious, highly recommend anyone visiting QC to stop in, make sure you make a reservation if going for dinner as the line up to wait is quite long (as it should be)!

Great food with consistently tasty dishes.

Long story short, it was first time in my life that I tipped 30%. Usually maximum I give is 20% for great service! Quality of the food, service & the price were all exemplary!

Bon service & très bons drinks. Nous avons mangé les calmars & le tataki de thon en entrée, c'était bon . Le tartare de boeuf à l'asiatique était délicieux !

Ils vous proposent une liste d'accompagnement avec votre plat (riz, légume, frites) mais c'est facturé 5 $ sur la facture pour des frites de patates douces au lieu des frites de pommes de terre (mais c'est bien proposé sans dire que quand tu choisis ton accompagnement tu paies encore plus). Tu niaises là ? Ils vous disent que le plat est servi avec de la sauce poivre, une fois sur table, la sauce est inexistante dans l'assiette… T'en redemande, comme par magie 3 $ supplémentaire également sur la facture. Ils savent faire, ils sont malins… Tellement pas honnête, le serveur était gêné (t'aurais pu nous le dire t'sais)… Bref j'y reviendras pas.

J'ai beaucoup aimé. J'étais allée souvent à Lévis & était, à cet endroit, déçue du service. À celui sur la rue St-Jean à Québec. Jai été surprise du service qui a été très bon. Seul chose que jai moins aimé, nous étions au fond du restaurant & c'était très sombre. Un peu trop à mon goût à moi...
