In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! The food tasted okay, but it took over an hour from ordering for me & my companions to get our meal. All for a couple burgers & poké bowls. In fairness it was busy, but a burger of that quality (which was good, but nothing special) should take 1/5th of the time even in busier conditions. My drink was good & came in a timely fashion (& is the one thing sparing this from being a one star) but the server could have made more of an effort at communication when the wait for the food started to become excessive.

Superbe soirée en amoureux ce soir & wow, Mathias avec ça fameuse moustache est vraiment très drôle & super sympathique. Il prend le temps pour chacun de ses clients même si il ce fait tard! Je recommande à 100%. Nourriture délicieuse, service impeccable & ambiance parfaite! Nous sommes habitués d'être mal servis dans pleins de restaurants, donc ça ne nous donne plus l'envie de sortir, mais ce soir, merci à Mathias d'avoir renversé l'appareil🤩
