In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Bonne nourriture, nous avons prit le tartare de boeuf chimichurri & il était très bon. Cocktail délicieux & service rapide (nous avons été servis en à peine 15 min). Staff très sympathique!

J'aime bien la possibilité d'avoir un service en accéléré lorsqu'il est requis par manque de temps & c'est ce qu'à fait le personnel du Shaker lors de notre passage. Bonne bouffe, bon service merci.

Samedi soir, 5h30-6h, le resto est rempli, mais malgré l'achalandage, le service était HYPER rapide. Autant pour la commande, la nourriture & la facture à la fin. La nourriture est très bonne pour le prix & l'équipe est efficace. J'apprécie aussi que ce soit 18 ans & +, car c'est rare de retrouver un restaurant sans l'ambiance familiale avec des enfants, & ce sans que ce soit un restaurant très chère. Bref, nous allons revenir!
