In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Emrick est de loin le meilleur serveur que j'ai rencontrer de ma vie!! Attentionné, tellement drôle, empatique, il à élevé l'expérience du restaurant à plus qu'un niveau 👏👏 6 mois ouvrable pour revenir te voir j'ai pas oublier! 😂 encore bravo & change pas mon gars 👊

J'ai été déçu par ma visite au Shaker VIEUX Québec. La nourriture était ordinaire comme l'ambiance. Le serveur en mettait trop...jokes pas drôles.etc.... Pas certain que je retournerai à ce Bar restaurant

nous n'avions qu'une heure pour manger & on a reçu l'addition après 45 minutes. Le service a été rapide & la nourriture très bonne!!

Deuxième visite & l'expérience est toujours aussi agréable. Le personnel est super sympathique, le menu est varié & abordable & l'ambiance de ce Resto Shaker est incomparable! J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

The tourism bureau folks thought we might enjoy this as we were looking for a good burger & a martini. How right they were. We were early, 5:15 - we're old- but we had missed lunch & had been walking all day. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Food was great, although I might have wanted the burger a bit rarer, but very tasty. Fries to die for. & the dirty martini was perfect. &, they helped me find a grocery store on the way home. Above & beyond messieurs . Merci.
