In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Plenty of cocktails to choose from here & a great menu. Wait staff were friendly & fast. I had the 2 salmon tartare & my partner had the burger. Really good. We went on a Tuesday so ther is a 15$ special which is hard to find for dinner in QC.

Amazing service (Kimberly was so nice!) Food was top notch, drinks were reasonably sizedpriced, & the Halloween one was tasty! Only con was that music, starting 20h, was so loud I had to read my friend's lips to understand. & since it was PACKED (but still spacey enough tho), everyone was yelling. Not friendly for people with audio processing problems. Otherwise, all of my other senses were delighted! The seasonal decor was 🤌!

Drinks were amazing & fast Food was so fast to be served was almost unbelievable & da** that was good I had the boss burger omg I want one right now server was polite & was sending out great vibes & energy for sure one of the best places I have been in a long time will be going back

Nous étions quatre & tous nos plats étaient excellents. Le serveur était très dynamique, drôle & efficace & l'ambiance était agréable. Le seul bémol: le délai de réception de nos commandes était un peu long: nous avons dû demander au serveur de nous apportez les factures & de payer avant de recevoir nos desserts puisque nous devions partir bientôt, malgré les deux heures que nous avions déjà passées dans le restaurant.

Better know for it's amazing variety of drinks, this restaurant actually has good food. The burgers at least, were well prepared & the fries, while not particularly hot, were tasty Server was an adorable 20 year old, who was attentive & spoke good English. Not a place to go to too often, but worth a stop now & again

Mon Copin & moi on a été conquis. Mon plat de tartare parfait 10/10, poutine au homard 10/10 & le serveur parfait 1000/10 ambiance magnifique. On hésitera pas à revenir 🙏🏾 Excellent travail

Nous avons d'abord été très bien accueilli par le gérant, Emrick, qui était très chaleureux. Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti à notre place. Par la suite, la serveuse, Kimberley, était gentille & aimable. Elle prenait réellement soins de nous en s'assurant que nous étions confortable sous tout les aspects. L'ambiance était superbe & la nourriture délicieuse. J'ai savouré mon poke deux saumons tout en riant avec l'équipe. Restaurant que je conseille. Je reviendrai assurément.
