In early April 2022, the fourteenth SHAKER Kitchen & Mixology Restaurant & Bar opened its doors to start the year off right! It is in the former location of Bistro Plus located in the heart of Old Quebec that the newest member of the chain has taken place, more precisely at 1063, rue St-Jean.

With its 180 seats, its 40 seats at the bar and its magnificent terrace located on a cult street in the city that is pedestrian during the summer season, this branch has everything to seduce you! Nous avons d'abord été très bien accueilli par le gérant, Emrick, qui était très chaleureux. Nous nous sommes tout de suite senti à notre place. Par la suite, la serveuse, Kimberley, était gentille & aimable. Elle prenait réellement soins de nous en s'assurant que nous étions confortable sous tout les aspects. L'ambiance était superbe & la nourriture délicieuse. J'ai savouré mon poke deux saumons tout en riant avec l'équipe. Restaurant que je conseille. Je reviendrai assurément.

Il y a toujours une belle ambiance festive au Shaker & le service est excellent! Beaucoup de choix sur le menu dont plusieurs cocktail signatures.🍹 J'ai adoré le nouveau tartare steakhouse.

Large booth, attentive staff, live entertainment. The salmon tartare served with salad & croutons was perfectly seasoned & delicious. The drinks menu is vast & very creative. The apricot sour was refreshing. The classic burger & fries & beef tartare are superstars on the menu. In & out in time for a show in a nearby theatre. Would definitely return.
